超声多切面联合多普勒检查在胎儿心脏畸形筛查的应用研究

Research on the Application of Multi-section Ultrasound Combined with Doppler Examination in the Screening of Fetal Cardiac Anomalies

目的:观察胎儿心脏畸形应用超声多切面联合多普勒检查筛查的价值。方法:选取2015年8月至2017年8月在百色市人民医院接受产检的318例单胎妊娠孕妇临床资料,均行超声多切面联合多普勒检查,观察不同检查方法的准确性、敏感性及特异性。结果:超声多切面联合多普勒检查的准确性为91.25%,比单纯多普勒超声检查的76.25%高,且敏感性(91.25%)、特异性(89.08%)均比单纯多普勒超声检查(76.25%、79.83%)高(P<0.05)。结论:胎儿心脏畸形筛查应用超声多切面联合多普勒检查能提高检查准确性,且敏感性、特异性均较高,价值显著。

Objective: To observe the value of multi-section ultrasound combined with Doppler examination in the screening of cardiac anomalies. Methods: From August 2015 to August 2017, 318 cases of pregnant women with single pregnancy were examined by ultrasound combined with Doppler ultrasound. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of different methods were observed.Results: The accuracy of multi-section ultrasound combined with Doppler ultrasonography was 91.25% higher than that of simple Doppler ultrasonography(76.25%), and the sensitivity and specificity were 91.25% and 89.08% higher than that of simple Doppler ultrasonography(76.25% and 79.83%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound combined with Doppler can improve the accuracy of fetal cardiac anomalies screening, and has high sensitivity, specificity and significant value.
