一种改性有机过氧化物的降感及爆炸性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对某有机过氧化物感度高、安全性差的缺陷,通过共混包覆的方式对其进行改性处理,探讨了改性机理;对改性后有机过氧化物的机械感度、火焰感度、热感度等安全性能,以及冲击波超压、冲量、火球温度等能量性能进行了评估。结果表明,改性后有机过氧化物的机械感度大幅度下降,撞击感度特性落高从9.9cm增至13.8cm,摩擦感度爆炸概率从76%降至4%,火焰感度和热感度无显著变化,整体安全性明显提高。地面距爆炸中心1m处的冲击波超压增加约50%,冲量提高20%,最高火球温度提高近1200℃,整体爆炸性能显著提高。表明共混包覆的方法能对该有机过氧化物达到降感增能的效果。 For the defects of high sensitivity and unstable stability of a certain organic peroxide,a modification processing of blending and coating was adopted, and the modification mechanism was also investigated.The safety properties including mechanical sensitivity, flame sensitivity, thermal sensitivity as well as the energy properties including shock wave overpressure, explosion temperature were evaluated.The results show that the mechanical sensitivity of the modified organic peroxide is decreased sharply .The impact sensitivity increases from 9.9 cm to 13.8 cm, and the explosion probability by friction sensitivity decreases from 76% to 4%.The flame sensitivity and thermal sensitivity have no significant changes, revealing that the integral safety degree has been significantly improved.The shock wave overpressure and impulse at 1m on the ground from the explosion center are increased by about 50% and 20%, respectively.The fireball temperature increases nearly 1 200℃, the overall performance of explosion has been significantly improved.The results indicate that the method of blending and coating can reduce the sensitivity and increase the energy of the organic peroxide.
