固相环境基质中典型残留抗生素的分析方法综述

A Review on Analytical Methods for Typical Antibiotic Residues in Solid-phase Environmental Matrix

抗生素作为一类抗菌药物大量应用于治疗和预防各种疾病。然而,抗生素在环境中的残留造成了严重的生态环境问题。固相环境基质中抗生素的分析检测方法是研究其生态环境问题的关键所在。综述了近年来固相环境基质(土壤、沉积物和污泥)中残留抗生素的测定方法,主要包括固相环境基质的前处理和抗生素液相色谱检测方法。通过对抗生素萃取、纯化、检测方法的比较,为今后固相环境基质抗生素的研究提供了参考依据。同时对未来的抗生素检测方法的发展趋势进行了展望。

As a class of antibacterial drugs,antibiotics are widely used to treat and prevent various diseases.However,the residues of antibiotics in the environment cause serious ecological environmental problems.The analysis and detection method of antibiotics is vital to research ecological environment in solid phase environmental matrices.The methods for the determination of residual antibiotics in solid environment matrices(soil,sediment and sludge)in recent years were reviewed,including the pretreatment of solid phase environmental matrices and the determination of antibiotics by liquid chromatography.By comparing the methods of extraction,purification and detection,the references for the future research of solid phase environmental matrix antibiotics were provided.Simultaneously,the future development trend of detection method of antibiotics was prospected.
