摘要
研究天津大沽排污河的水质主要污染因子和生物毒性的相关性,于2016—2017年的3月、5月、7月、8月、10月、11月对大沽排污河流入渤海湾的最后一个闸口上游水质的COD、NH3-N、TP、TN、SS、BOD5、石油类(Oil)、生物毒性等指标进行监测和评价。大沽排污口的污染因子为COD、BOD5、TP,COD和BOD5与生物毒性呈正相关(P<0.05),TP与生物毒性不相关(P>0.05)。可探索运用COD和BOD5反映生物毒性水平的可行性。
To investigate the correlation between main pollution factors and biotoxicity of water quality in Dagu sewage discharge outlet,COD,NH3-N,TP,TN,SS,BOD5,Oil,biotoxicity and other indicators of upstream water quality in the last gate of Dagu sewage river into Bohai bay were monitored and evaluated in March,May,July,August,October and November from 2016 to 2017.The pollution factors of Dagu sewage discharge outlet were COD,BOD5 and TP,COD and BOD5 were positively correlated with biotoxicity(P<0.05),while TP was not correlated with biotoxicity(P>0.05).And the feasibility of using COD and BOD5 to reflect the level of biotoxicity can be explored.
