微生物菌剂强化渗沥液处理生化系统的研究

摘要 生物强化技术应用于渗沥液处理生化系统,旨在提高生化系统对污染物的去除率,调试顺序按照厌氧、兼氧、好氧系统进行。微生物菌剂的投加使厌氧系统得到优化,甲烷菌建立速度快,厌氧系统对COD去除率显著提升,北厌氧罐对COD去除率从36.9%提高至45.5%,南厌氧罐对COD去除率从25.4%提高至57.7%。调试前后A/O系统对COD去除率由53.5%提高至65.1%,氨氮去除率由80.2%提高至91.6%,去除率较调试前更稳定,硝化池污泥SV30由90%降至50%~60%,沉降性能明显改善。新型菌剂能够提高硝化池pH,减少药剂投加量。 Bio-enhancement technology was applied to leachate treatment biochemical system,aimed to improve the removal rate of pollutants in biochemical system,and the commissioning sequence was carried out according to anaerobic,anoxic and aerobic systems.The anaerobic system was optimized with the addition of microbial bacteria,the establishment speed of methane bacteria was fast,and the removal rate of COD in the anaerobic system was significantly improved.The removal rate of COD in the northern anaerobic tank increased from 36.9%to 45.5%,and that in the southern anaerobic tank increased from 25.4%to 57.7%.After commissioning,the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen in A/O system increased from 53.5%to 65.1%and 80.2%to 91.6%respectively,which was more stable than before commissioning.Meanwhile,the SV30 of sludge in nitrification tank decreased from 90%to 50%~60%,and the sedimentation performance was significantly improved.Finally,the new type of bacteria agent could increase the pH of nitrification tank and reduce the medicaments.
