摘要瑞芬太尼是临床麻醉中应用广泛的阿片类药物,具有起效快、半衰期短、无蓄积等优点,但瑞芬太尼痛觉过敏发生率高,且目前尚无有效的预防和治疗措施。本文阐述了近年来预防和治疗瑞芬太尼痛觉过敏的药物、方法及其作用机制。 With the advantage of rapid onset,short half-time and no accumulation,remifentanil is a kind of opioids that widely used in clinical anesthesia.However,the incidence of remifentanil-induced hyperalgesia is relatively high.At the same time,no effective preventive measures have been found yet.This article review the drugs,method and mechanism for the prevention and treatment of remifentanil-induced hyperalgesia in recent years.
