彩色多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease

目的分析糖尿病下肢血管病变患者行彩色多普勒超声检查的临床价值。方法选入该院于2015年2月—2016年3月期间收治的糖尿病下肢血管病变患者60例为该次研究的实验组,同时期纳入健康体检人员60名为该次对照组,对比两组临床检查数据。结果实验组下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块形成率>对照组(P<0.05);实验组足背动脉狭窄程度重于对照组(P<0.05)。糖尿病下肢血管病变病程延长,其下肢血管管腔变细程度就越高。结论彩色多普勒超声检查应用于糖尿病下肢血管病变中的价值可行,适合在临床上进行广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were included in the experimental group of this study.At the same time,60 healthy people were included in the control group.The clinical examination data of the two groups were compared.Results The atherosclerotic plaque formation rate in the lower limbs of the experimental group was>control group(P<0.05).The degree of dorsal artery stenosis in the experimental group was heavier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The course of diabetic lower extremity vasculopathy is prolonged,and the lowering of the lower extremity vascular lumen is higher.Conclusion The value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease is feasible and suitable for clinical promotion.
