糖尿病肾病作为糖尿病作为重要和常见的合并症之一,但是很多老年人缺乏对于糖尿病肾病的病因、预防、护理和治疗的认识,造成了糖尿病肾病的不断恶化,时刻危害着老年人的身体健康和生命。该文结合自身对于糖尿病肾病的诊治经验,在对于糖尿病肾病的病因和特点分析的基础上,探索老年糖尿病肾病的预防与治疗方法,降低老年糖尿病肾病发病率,提高其治愈率。

Diabetic nephropathy is one of the important and common complications of diabetes.However,many elderly people lack the understanding of the causes,prevention,nursing and treatment of diabetic nephropathy,which causes the deterioration of diabetic nephropathy and endangers the body health and life of the elderly.Based on the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy,this article explores the prevention and treatment of senile diabetic nephropathy based on the analysis of the etiology and characteristics of diabetic nephropathy,reduces the incidence of diabetic nephropathy in the elderly,and improves the cure rate.
