摘要
20世纪60—80年代,美国非裔妇女的就业状况得到改善.民权运动为其走向工作岗位减轻了来自种族方面的歧视;第二次妇女运动为其加入劳动力大军减轻了来自性别的歧视;二战后美国经济结构的调整和经济全球化的迅速蔓延提供了数量可观的就业机会.因此非裔妇女就业范围有所扩大、就业领域逐步扩展.然而,传统社会带来的种族歧视和性别歧视并未完全消除,在双重歧视的压力下,非裔女性的就业前景相对于白人女性而言仍旧显得步履维艰,广大非裔妇女贫困化问题十分突出.
In the 1960s and 1980s, the employment situation of African American women in the United States was improved, the civil rights movement reduced racial discrimination for them to move to work, and the second women’s movement reduced discrimination from gender for them to join the workforce. The adjustment of American economic structure and the rapid spread of economic globalization after World War Ⅱ have provided a considerable number of employment opportunities, so the scope of employment of African-American women has been expanded, and the employment field has gradually expanded. However, the racial discrimination and gender discrimination brought about by the traditional society have not been completely eliminated. Under the pressure of double discrimination, the employment prospects of African-American women are still more obvious than those of white women. Difficulties, the vast number of African-American women poverty problem is very prominent.
