口腔修复治疗中预成纤维桩的临床应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨口腔修复治疗中预成纤维桩的临床应用价值。方法该研究回顾分析2018年1-10月之间在该院口腔科接受修复治疗100例患者的临床资料,按照治疗方案差别分为对照组和实验组,对照组实施传统金属桩修复治疗,实验组实施预成纤维桩修复治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组成功率98%,满意度100%,不良反应发生率4%,对照组成功率86%,满意度84%,不良反应发生率32%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.783,17.391,26.558,P<0.05)。实验组患者骨厚度和植骨厚度均明显高于对照组,每个桩所需的治疗时间也明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.419,21.216,P<0.05)。同时,实验组患者治疗后各项生活质量评分结果均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.100,11.415,17.541,P<0.05)。结论在口腔修复治疗中应用预成纤维桩材料,能够获得理想的口腔修复效果,且安全可靠,具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of pre-fibrous piles in oral prosthetic treatment. Methods This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 100 patients who underwent prosthetic treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2018. According to the difference of treatment options, the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group, and the control group was treated with traditional metal piles. And the experimental group implemented pre-fibrous pile repair treatment, comparing the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The experimental composition power was 98%, satisfaction was 100%, adverse reaction rate was 4%, control composition power was 86%, satisfaction was 84%, and adverse reaction rate was 32%. There was significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=9.783,17.391,26.558,P<0.05). The bone thickness and bone graft thickness of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the treatment time required for each pile was also significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=8.419,21.216, P<0.05). At the same time, the quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=16.100, 11.415,17.541,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of pre-fiber-filled pile materials in oral prosthetic treatment can achieve the ideal oral repair effect, and it is safe and reliable, and has high application value.
