负压封闭引流技术治疗骨折合并皮肤软组织缺损的效果观察 被引量:2

Observation on the Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Technique in the Treatment of Fracture Combined with Skin and Soft Tissue Defects

摘要 目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗骨折合并皮肤软组织缺损的效果。方法纳入对象来自于方便选取2017年8月-2018年8月该院收治的骨折合并皮肤软组织缺损患者,共计108例以随机数表法进行分组,分为对照组与研究组,各54例。对照组采用常规治疗措施,研究组采用VSD技术治疗。评价两组骨折合并皮肤软组织缺损的治疗效果与骨折愈合情况,以及并发症情况。结果两组骨折合并皮肤软组织缺损治疗的总有效率对比中,研究组96.30%高于对照组81.48%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.000,P<0.05)。研究组骨折愈合良好50例(92.59%),对照组骨折愈合良好49例(90.74%),两组骨折愈合良好的发生率对比差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.000,P>0.05)。研究组并发症发生率3.70%低于对照组16.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.960,P<0.05)。结论 VSD技术能够有效提高骨折合并皮肤软组织缺损的治疗效果,降低并发症概率,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage technique(VSD) on fracture and skin soft tissue defects. Methods A total of 108 patients with fracture and skin and soft tissue defects admitted to our hospital from August2017 to August 2018 were convenient selection enrolled. 108 subjects were divided into two groups: control group and study group, 54 cases each. The control group received conventional treatment and the study group was treated with VSD. The therapeutic effect and fracture healing of the two groups of fractures with skin and soft tissue defects were evaluated, as well as complications. Results The total effective rate of treatment of fractures combined with skin and soft tissue defects was96.30% in the study group and 81.48% in the control group,the different was statistically significant(χ^2=6.000, P<0.05). The fracture healing of the study group was good in 50 cases(92.59%), and the fracture healing in the control group was good in49 cases(90.74%). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of good fracture healing between the two groups(χ^2=0.000, P>0.05). The complication rate of the study group was 3.70% lower than that of the control group 16.67%,the different was statistically significant(χ^2=4.960, P<0.05). Conclusion VSD technology can effectively improve the treatment effect of fracture combined with skin and soft tissue defects, and reduce the probability of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
