牙周牙髓联合治疗在重度牙周炎患者治疗中的临床应用效果

Clinical Application of Periodontal Pulp Combined Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Periodontitis

目的分析重度牙周炎患者接受牙周牙髓联合治疗的临床效果及应用价值。方法该次方便选择2017年1月-2019年3月于该院接受治疗的重度牙周炎患者60例为研究对象,根据计算机随机抽选结果分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者单纯接受牙周治疗,观察组患者采取牙周牙髓联合治疗,对比临床总有效率,分析各组患者治疗前后相关指标差异。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.19,P<0.05),两组患者未接受治疗前,各项指标差异无统计学意义,经治疗后一段时间,观察组患者牙齿松动度(1.02±0.02)mm、牙周袋探诊深度(3.89±0.14)mm、龈沟出血指数(1.23±0.13)分、菌斑指数(0.19±0.02)分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.14、16.06、13.62、37.29,P<0.05)。结论重度牙周炎患者采取牙周联合牙髓治疗效果更佳,能够有效改善患者症状表现,安全性良好,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of combined periodontal and endodontic treatment in patients with severe periodontitis. Methods Sixty patients with severe periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were convenient selected as subjects. According to the results of randomized computer selection, the patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group adopted weekly treatment, the patients in the observation group were treated with periodontal and endodontic treatment, and the total effective rate was compared. The differences of related indicators before and after treatment were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant(χ^2=5.19, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before the treatment. After the treatment, the observation group of tooth looseness(1.02 ±0.02) mm, periodontal pocket probing depth(3.89±0.14) mm,gingival bleed index(1.23±0.13)points, plaque index(0.19±0.02)points were significantly lower than the control group,the different was statistically significant(t=13.14, 16.06, 13.62, 37.29, P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with severe periodontitis have better treatment with periodontal and endodontic treatment, which can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms and have good safety. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
