全程护理干预应用于小儿哮喘雾化治疗中的作用分析

The Role of Whole-course Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Asthma in Children

目的分析全程护理干预在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中的应用作用。方法该院在2016年2月-2019年1月期间收治哮喘患儿多例,从中方便选出100例,并经单双号随机分组法分成2组(50例/组),对照组--常规护理,观察组--全程护理。比较肺功能指标、各症状消失时间、用药依从性、治疗恐惧感。结果护理后,观察组患儿FEV1%(73.63±2.26)、FVC(2.45±0.22)L、FEV1(2.55±0.64)L都高于对照组患儿(t=12.79、8.35、4.68,P<0.05);喘鸣音、喘息、咳嗽、呼吸困难消失时间[(3.41±0.59)d、(2.46±0.35)d、(3.05±0.64)d、(1.16±0.18)d]都短于对照组患儿(t=6.28、9.62、10.59、28.98,P<0.05);治疗恐惧感分数观察组(2.16±0.58)分更低,用药依从性分数观察组(7.20±1.34)分更高(t=20.51、7.34,P<0.05)。结论全程护理干预可以改善哮喘患儿的肺功能指标,缩短各症状消失时间,即提高雾化治疗预期疗效,同时改善患儿依从性,缓解恐惧感。

Objective To analyze the application of whole-course nursing intervention in the treatment of asthma in children. Methods A total of 100 children with asthma were treated in the period from Feburary 2016 to January 2019. 100 cases were convenient selected and divided into 2 groups(50 cases/group) by single and double random group method. The control group adotped routine care, and the observation group adopted full care. Compare lung function indicators, time to disappearance of each symptom, medication compliance, and treatment of fear. Results After nursing, FEV1%(73.63±2.26),FVC(2.45±0.22)L, and FEV1(2.55±0.64)L were higher in the observation group than in the control group(t=12.79, 8.35,4.68, P<0.05);wheezing, breathing, cough, dyspnea disappearance time[(3.41±0.59)d,(2.46±0.35)d,(3.05±0.64)d,(1.16±0.18)d] were shorter than the control group(t=6.28, 9.62, 10.59, 28.98, P<0.05);the treatment fear score score group(2.16±0.58)points was lower, and the medication compliance score observation group(7.20±1.34)points was higher(t=20.51, 7.34,P<0.05). Conclusion Whole-course nursing intervention can improve the lung function index of children with asthma, shorten the disappearance time of each symptom, that is, improve the expected therapeutic effect of aerosol therapy, improve the compliance of children and relieve the fear.
