摘要
目的分析自拟排卵汤联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床效果。方法方便选取2016年6月-2018年6月该院收治的60例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者为观察对象,随机分组,对照组患者行克罗米芬治疗,研究组患者在此基础上行自拟排卵汤治疗,对比疗效。结果研究组患者治疗效率为96.67%,高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.41,P<0.05),治疗后,两组患者激素水平均有所改善,但研究组患者睾丸酮(T)(25.05±2.33)ng/dL、催乳素(PRL)(14.07±2.33)ng/dL、血清黄体生成素(LH)(6.26±1.21)mIU/mL、卵泡刺激素(FSH)(4.15±0.25)mIU/mL水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.20、8.01、7.16、18.43,P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应出现概率(10.00%、6.67%)对比差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.22,P>0.05)。结论自拟排卵汤联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床效果较优。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-made ovulation soup combined with clomiphene in the treatment of infertility in women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Convenient select sixty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility admitted to our department from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients in the control group were treated with clomiphene. The patients in the study group ovulated on this basis, contrast efficacy. Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group 73.33%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.41,P<0.05). After treatment, the hormone levels of both groups were improved,but the test group patients testosterone(T)(25.05±2.33)ng/dL, prolactin(PRL)(14.07±2.33)ng/dL, serum luteinizing hormone(LH)(6.26±1.21)mIU/mL, follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)(4.15±0.25)mIU/mL, better than the control group, statistically significant(t=19.20, 8.01, 7.16, 18.43,P<0.05). The probability of adverse reactions(10.00%, 6.67%) was not the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ^2=0.22,P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of self-made ovulation soup combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility is better.
