临床探究急诊治疗用于重症哮喘合并呼吸衰竭疾病抢救的有效性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究重症哮喘合并呼吸衰竭急诊治疗的有效性。方法该次筛选78例重症哮喘合并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,均是该院2018年4月—2019年4月期间收治,根据入院日期单双号随机分为两组,各39例,常规组行基础性对症治疗,研究组再此基础上进行急诊治疗,对比两组患者抢救效果。结果研究组临床总有效率为94.87%,高于常规组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.129,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的呼吸频率为(115.86±11.25)次/min、心率为(25.67±4.51)次/min、动脉二氧化碳分压为(54.24±5.79)mmHg,均明显低于常规组;动脉血氧分压为(85.43±6.51)mmHg,明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.071、4.574、9.312、6.181,P<0.05)。结论重症哮喘合并呼吸衰竭疾病抢救中急疹治疗有效性较高,能确保抢救成功率,值得大力推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of emergency treatment for severe asthma with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 78 patients with severe asthma and respiratory failure were enrolled in this study. All of them were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019. According to the admission date, they were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases each, and the regular group adopted the basic symptomatic treatment, the research team conducted emergency treatment on the basis of this, and compared the rescue effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.87%, which was higher than that of the conventional group (79.49%). The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=4.129, P<0.05). After treatment, the respiratory rate of the study group was (115.86±11.25) times/min, the heart rate was (25.67±4.51) times/min, and the arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure was (54.24±5.79) mmHg, which was significantly lower than the conventional group;The partial pressure of blood oxygen was (85.43±6.51) mmHg, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group. The difference was statistically significant (t=6.071, 4.574, 9.312, 6.181, P<0.05). Conclusion Urgent rash treatment is effective in the treatment of severe asthma with respiratory failure, which can ensure the success rate of rescue. It is worthy of popularization and application.
