儿童窝沟封闭认知度及其临床疗效刍议 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察儿童窝沟封闭认知度、临床疗效。方法该院2013年5月—2016年5月,收治了260例适龄儿童,按照是否接受窝沟封闭治疗分组,将接受窝沟封闭治疗适龄儿童,作为观察组(n=185);未接受窝沟封闭治疗适龄儿童,作为对照组(n=75)。观察两组适龄儿童家长窝沟封闭认知情况及临床效果。结果随访时间为3年,观察组治疗有效率为92.43%。两组适龄儿童龋齿数分别为:1.62%(3/185)、10.67%(8/75)(χ^2=10.7755,P<0.05)。观察组及对照组的龋均值分别为:(2.84±2.49)、(4.39±2.62)(t=4.4790,P<0.05)。适龄儿童家长窝沟封闭认知度和学历、职业有直接关系,文化水平越高,适龄儿童家长窝沟封闭认知度越高,可带领适龄儿童接受治疗知晓率越高。结论儿童窝沟封闭认知度,会受到适龄儿童家长职业因素、文化水平因素影响,因此需要结合适龄儿童家长的职业和文化水平,采取适宜的方式沟通,以便做好健康宣教工作,提高适龄儿童家长儿童窝沟封闭的认知度,做好儿童龋病预防工作。 Objective To observe the cognition and clinical efficacy of children's fissures. Methods From May 2013 to May 2016, 260 children of school age were admitted to our hospital. According to whether or not to receive pit and fissure closure treatment, the children of the appropriate age were treated with pit and fissure as the observation group (n=185);Not accepted the pit and fissure was used to treat children of school age as a control group (n=75). The cognition and clinical effects of pit and fissure closure in the two groups of children of the appropriate age were observed. Results The follow-up time was 3 years, and the effective rate of the observation group was 92.43%. The number of caries in the two groups of age-appropriate children were 1.62%(3/185), 10.67%(8/75)(χ^2=10.775 5,P<0.05). The mean values of sputum in the observation group and the control group were (2.84±2.49),(4.39±2.62)(t=4.479 0,P<0.05). Parents of school-age children have a direct relationship between cognition and education, and the level of education. The higher the level of education, the higher the cognition of parents of school-age children, and the higher the awareness rate of children with age-appropriate treatment. Conclusion The cognition of children's fissures and fissures will be affected by the occupational factors and cultural factors of parents of school-age children. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the occupational and cultural level of parents of suitable-age children, and adopt appropriate methods to communicate in order to improve the health education and improve the school-age children. The awareness of parents and children's pits and fissures is closed, and children's rickets prevention work is done well.
