胎儿颈项透明层厚度在妊娠筛查中的应用价值

Application Value of Fetal Neck Transparent Layer Thickness in Pregnancy Screening

目的探讨胎儿颈项透明层厚度(NT)在妊娠筛查中的应用效果,促进胎儿异常检出率的提高。方法选择2017年6月—2019年3月该院2330例行胎儿颈项透明层厚度检查的妊娠女性,对其实施妊娠筛查,观察分析筛查结果。结果该次研究中胎儿异常17例,畸形7例,畸形引产4例。结论NT检查在妊娠筛查中的应用有利于早期发现出生缺陷。

Objective To investigate the effect of fetal neck transparent layer thickness (NT) on pregnancy screening and promote the improvement of fetal abnormality detection rate. Methods From June 2017 to March 2019, 2 330 pregnant women who underwent fetal neck transparent layer thickness examination were selected for pregnancy screening. The screening results were observed and analyzed. Results In this study, 17 cases of fetal abnormalities, 7 cases of malformations, and 4 cases of abnormal induced labor. Conclusion The application of NT examination in pregnancy screening is conducive to early detection of birth defects.
