参芪止血汤治疗痔疮出血的效果及对患者生活质量影响评价

Effect of Shenqi Zhixue Decoction on Hemorrhoids Hemorrhage and Its Influence on Patients’ Quality of Life

目的探讨痔疮出血采用参芪止血汤治疗的临床效果,以及对生活质量的影响。方法选入该院于2017年1月—2018年2月期间前来就诊治疗的痔疮出血患者84例,以抽签法的形式将其平均分为实验组和参照组,每组各为42例。参照组行常规治疗方式,实验组行参芪止血汤治疗,对比两组临床效果、管腔静息压力、治疗时间。结果实验组临床总效果95.24%高于参照组总效率80.95%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.0865,P=0.0432)。实验组管腔静息压力(3.64±0.55)cmH2O低于参照组(5.29±0.82)cmH2O,差异有统计学意义(t=10.8300,P=0.0000),实验组治疗时间(7.26±1.28)d比参照组(10.82±2.29)d短,组间差异有统计学意义(t=8.7943,P=0.0000)。实验组的生活质量综合评定各项分值都高于参照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用参芪止血汤对于痔疮出血患者而言,具有较好的止血效果,且将治疗的时间缩短了,进而让患者生活质量得到了提高,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenqi Zhixue Decoction in the treatment of hemorrhoids hemorrhage and its impact on quality of life. Methods Eighty-four patients with hemorrhoids who came to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the hospital. They were divided into experimental group and reference group in the form of lottery, with 42 cases in each group. According to the group's routine treatment, the experimental group was treated with Shenqi Zhixue Decoction, and the clinical effects, luminal resting pressure and treatment time were compared. Results The total clinical effect of the experimental group was 95.24% higher than the total efficiency of the reference group by 80.95%, and the comparison between groups,the dif ference wasstatistically significant(χ^2=4.086 5, P=0.043 2). The resting pressure of the experimental group (3.64±0.55)cmH2O was lower than that of the reference group (5.29±0.82)cmH2O, the group was statistically significant (t=10.830 0, P=0.000 0), and the treatment time of the experimental group was (7.26±1.28)d. The reference group (10.82±2.29)d was shorter and there was a difference between the groups (t=8.794 3, P=0.000 0). The scores of the quality of life comprehensive evaluation of the experimental group were higher than the reference group, and there was a difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenqi Zhixue Decoction has better hemostasis effect for patients with hemorrhoids hemorrhage, and shortens the treatment time, which further improves the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
