摘要
"十四五"即将到来,我国煤炭企业应从"站在世界看中国、站在中国看行业、站在行业看企业"的视角,提前研判未来发展新趋势、分析新挑战、寻找新机遇、打造新动能和布局新战略。笔者梳理出煤炭企业须关注"十四五"规划发展的重点问题,包括:关注思想观念创新引领企业发展的新价值、关注煤炭企业转型升级及变革的新战略、关注中国煤炭市场供需关系变化的新趋势、关注煤炭企业产业结构优化升级的新方略、关注产品高值化升级和定制化供给的新要求。
The "14 th five-year plan" is coming, Chinese coal enterprises should have the perspectives of "stand in the world to see China, stand in China to see the industry, stand in the industry to see the enterprise", study the future development of new trends in advance, analyze new challenges, look for new opportunities, create new drivers and lay out new strategies. The author combed out the key questions that coal enterprise must focus on, including the innovations of ideas leading to the new value of enterprise development, the new strategies of transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises, the new trends of the change of supply and demand of coal market in China, the new strategies of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in coal enterprises, new requirements of high-value product customization supply.
