摘要
在循环流化床低热值燃料锅炉中添加固体燃煤催化剂,为资源综合利用及燃煤电厂节能降耗提供了新的技术途径。在130 t/h的高温高压锅炉上进行了不同催化剂配比和不同工况下的工业试验,试验采用锅炉正平衡效率和吨标煤产蒸汽量这2个指标表示催化剂提高燃烧效率的作用,并通过烟气中二氧化硫、氮氧化物及含氧量等指标、检测底灰和飞灰中的残碳量等,进一步证明催化剂的节能环保效果。试验结果表明,燃煤催化剂可以通过加快燃烧反应进程提高节能降耗效果3%~4%,同时降低了二氧化硫与氮氧化物的排放量,具有较好的工业应用价值。
The author added a solid coal-fired catalyst to circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler by using low calorific value fuel which providing energy-saving technical approach to the comprehensive utilization power plant, conducted industrial tests on 130 t/h boilers with different proportions and different operating conditions, adopted gas-fired boiler positive balance efficiency and ton of standard coal equivalent producing steam consumption two indexes to show function of catalyst high combustion efficiency, analyzed sulfur dioxide, nitric oxide and oxygen content indexes in smoke, detected bottom ash and amount of carbon residue and further proved energy conservation and environment protection of catalyst. The results showed that the coal catalyst adding into the CFB boilers could speed up the reaction process during combustion, improved the energy-saving rate by 3%~4% and reduced the emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides which indicating the technology had great industrial application value.
