摘要
神华宁夏煤业集团双马煤矿采用斜井开拓方式,工作面采用盘区布置方式,开采过程中大断面巷道的锚杆支护设计是影响安全生产的重要因素之一。为了确保生产安全,进行了巷道锚杆支护设计方法的理论研究,借助于相关的测试和试验等技术完成了4-2煤层切眼巷道围岩地质力学测试及围岩稳定性分级研究。分析了煤巷锚杆支护的有效作用,研究并最终提出适用于4-2煤层切眼煤巷锚杆支护的理论与技术;基于动态设计理念和先进的帮部增强煤巷锚杆支护技术,提出了4-2煤层切眼煤巷锚杆支护设计方法。与原有的支护设计相比,新的支护方案和设计参数在支护原理和设计理念上具有较大的创新性,对类似条件下煤巷锚杆支护设计具有一定的理论参考价值和技术借鉴意义。
Shuangma Coal Mine adopted inclined shaft development method and panel layout method in work faces. The bolt support design of large cross-section roadway is one of the important factors affecting production safety. In order to ensure production safety, theoretical research on bolt support design method was carried out. Using relevant test and testing technology, the surrounding rock geomechanic test and stability classification of 4-2 coal seam cut roadway were completed;the effective role of bolt support in coal roadway was analyzed, and the theory and technology of bolt support for 4-2 coal seam cut roadway were studied and finally put forward;based on the dynamic design concept and advanced bolt support technology for side-enhanced coal roadway, design method of bolt support in coal cut roadway of 4-2 coal seam was proposed. Compared with the original support design, the new support scheme and design parameters were more innovative in support principle and design concept, and had certain theoretical reference value and technical reference significance for similar conditions of coal roadway bolt support design.
