摘要 为了解决传统矿井污水处理工艺预处理环节无监测环节、所提供预处理水质不合格、粒度超标等导致的软化系统生物膜损坏问题,提出一种在预处理环节安设基于浊度仪和SDI检测仪的水质监测系统,能够很好地对传统矿井水处理工艺进行优化,解决因传统工艺弊端所带来的生物膜损坏问题。 In order to solve the problem of biofilm damage in softening system caused by the non-monitoring link in the pretreatment process of traditional mine sewage treatment, the unqualified pretreatment water quality and the over-standard particle size,this paper proposes a water quality monitoring system based on turbidity meter and SDI detector in the pretreatment link, which can be well applied to the traditional mine.The water treatment process was optimized to solve the problem of biofilm damage caused by the disadvantages of traditional process.
