钢轨探伤中的无损探伤技术应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国科技水平和综合国力的不断增强,工业进程不断向前推进,铁路运输作为工业重要的运输途径,其覆盖范围近年来日益广泛。运输承重大以及运输次数频繁,再加上钢轨受外界因素的影响,都会造成钢轨的损伤或者达到疲劳强度。若没有及时检测出钢轨中存在的内部缺陷,可能造成钢轨变形、裂纹,甚至折断等,就会发生严重的铁路交通事故。通过探讨和介绍在钢轨探伤中常用的无损探伤方法以及应用价值,以便能够给铁路工作人员提供一定的指导和帮助。
