摘要
针对发动机关键零件精密群小孔加工中易形成的再铸层和微裂纹问题,进行了电火花电解复合加工研究。筛选复合加工工作液,优化复合加工电压,采用侧壁绝缘电极及软质导向器,使电火花加工在去除工件材料方面发挥主导作用,电解效应在提高表面质量、降低重熔层方面发挥辅助作用,以达到电火花加工-电解效应综合平衡。
The EDM-ECM composited processing research is carried out for the problem of recasting layer and micro crack which are easy to form in the process of precision group hole machining in the key parts of the engines. In the micro-hole processing,the working fluid was screened,the processing voltage was optimized,the sidewall insulated electrode and the soft guide were used to promote the electrical discharge machining plays a leading role in removing the workpiece material and electrochemical machining in improving the surface quality and reducing the remelting layer. As a result,The study achieves a comprehensive balance of EDM-ECM effect.
