摘要
采用一种新型椭圆共振模式的振动切削结构,应用带有微观织构的硬质合金刀具对6061铝合金进行椭圆振动辅助切削研究。为了改善刀具前刀面在干切削过程中的摩擦状况以减少粘结,利用激光加工技术在硬质合金刀具前刀面分别生成圆形、交织矩形和并联矩形的微观织构。通过对6061铝合金进行正交干切削实验,对比带有织构刀具和常规刀具的切削效果,仿真分析不同织构对切削性能的影响。主要表征切削参数为切削力、切屑卷曲、刀具粘结和加工表面质量。结果表明:带有织构的刀具可在低速切削时改善切削效果,且矩形织构刀具的改善效果尤为明显。
A new type of elliptical resonant mode vibration cutting structure is used to study the elliptical vibration assisted cutting of 6061 aluminum alloy with micro-textured cemented carbide tool. In order to improve the friction condition of the tool rake face during dry cutting process,the laser processing technique is used to generate three shapes of micro textures on the cemented rake face, which are circular,interlaced rectangle and parallel rectangle. The experimental analysis and finite element simulation were adopted. The orthogonal dry cutting experiment was carried out on the 6061 aluminum alloy material to compare the cutting effect with the textured tool and the conventional tool,and the different textures were analyzed. The effect of performance is mainly characterized by cutting parameters such as cutting force,chip curling, tool bonding and machined surface quality. The results show that the textured tool can improve the cutting performance at low speed cutting,and the rectangular texture improvement effect is particularly obvious.
