摘要
知识产权文化建设是知识产权强国建设的应有之义。在新时代背景下,应对我国的知识产权文化进行自省,重塑知识产权文化的概念,进一步明确知识产权文化的作用机制和价值所在,提升文化自觉、增强文化自信、实现文化自强。
Construction of a strong IP country relies on the construction of IP culture.In the new era,the self-reflection on China’s IP culture should be put on the agenda.The paper suggests reshaping the concept of IP culture,further clarifying the mechanism and value of IP culture,and raising the culture self-awareness,strengthening culture con fidence,and realizing culture self-renewal.
