借助微信平台的延续性护理在胆道术后T管引流患者中的应用研究

Application of continuing nursing via WeChat platform in patients undergoing T-tube drainage after biliary tract surgery

目的:探讨借助微信平台对胆道术后T管引流患者实施延续性护理的效果。方法:将2017年6月至2018年6月在本院肝胆外科行胆道手术,术后带T管出院的160例患者随机分为实验组(n=79)和对照组(n=81)。对照组患者在住院期间进行健康宣教,实验组通过建立微信群进行延续性护理,比较两组患者的T管相关并发症、T管相关知识掌握度以及护理满意度。结果:实验组T管相关并发症明显低于对照组(P <0.05),对T管护理相关知识的掌握度,自护能力及护理满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:借助微信平台的延续性护理不仅能够增加患者的T管护理相关知识及自护能力、降低T管相关并发症,还能提高患者对护理的满意度,值得推广。

Objective: To investigate the effect of continuing nursing via WeChat platform in patients undergoing T-tube drainage after biliary tract surgery. Methods: A total of 160 patients who underwent biliary tract surgery in Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 and were discharged with T-tube drainage after surgery were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group with 79 patients and control group with 81 patients. The patients in the control group were given routine health education during hospitalization, and those in the experimental group were given continuing nursing through the establishment of WeChat group.The two groups were compared in terms of T-tube-related complications, mastery of T-tube-related knowledge, and degree of satisfaction with nursing. Results: Compared with the control group, the experimental group had a significantly lower incidence rate of T-tube-related complications and significantly higher degree of mastery of T-tube-related knowledge, self-nursing ability, and degree of satisfaction with nursing(all P < 0.05). Conclusion: Continuing nursing via WeChat platform can increase patients’ knowledge of T-tube nursing, reduce T-tube-related complications, and improve their satisfaction with nursing, and therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
