蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊防治动脉粥样硬化性疾病作用机制的研究进展

Research progress in the mechanism of action of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases

蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊是杨思进教授针对治疗心脑血管疾病研发的中药复方制剂,该药物防治动脉粥样硬化性疾病的效果在长期的临床运用和基础研究中已经得到一定程度的证实,有很大的应用前景。本文查阅近十年来关于蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊的相关基础研究报道,就该药物对动脉粥样硬化性疾病的影响及其调控机制的研究进展做一综述。

Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule is a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, which was developed by Professor Yang Sijin for the treatment of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases. The effect of this medicine in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases has been confirmed to a certain extent in long-term clinical application and basic research, and it has a bright prospect for future use. With reference to relevant basic research reports on Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule in recent ten years, this article summarizes the research advances in the effect of this medicine on atherosclerotic diseases and its regulatory mechanism.
