身份认同的困惑与焦虑:论村田沙耶香的《便利店人类》

Confusion and Anxiety of Identity: On Sayaka Murata’s Convenience Store Woman

2016年,村田沙耶香凭借《便利店人类》一书获得第155届"芥川龙之介奖"。作品以古仓惠子和白羽为主人公,主要讲述了女主人公古仓惠子经历身份认同的困惑与焦虑、并最终确证自我认同的人生历程;白羽在自我认同的困惑方面与古仓具有相似点,但同时他的自我认同感充满了矛盾与混乱,并体现出男权主义色彩。作品中的便利店作为当代社会中独特的都市空间,在缓解当代日本人的精神焦虑方面有着重要作用。

In 2016,Sayaka Murata won the 155 th Akutagawa Prize for her book Convenience Store Woman. This work,with Keiko Kokura and Shiraha as the protagonists,mainly tells the story of Keiko Kokura’s life of self-identification after experiencing confusion and anxiety of identity. Shiraha is similar to Kokura in the confusion of self-identity,but at the same time his self-identity is full of a series of contradictions and confusion,and reflects male chauvinism. The convenience store in the work,as a unique urban space in contemporary society,plays an important role in relieving the anxiety of the contemporary Japanese.
