摘要
目的探讨模拟医学教学法(simulationbased medical education,SBME)在妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)教学中应用效果进行分析。方法选择80例住院医师作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)应用SBME联合多媒体教学与对照组(n=40)单纯采用多媒体教学,比较两组的教学效果。结果两组住院医师GDM理论成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),但观察组临床操作技能优于对照组;观察组在病史采集、医患沟通、治疗方案和整体评价方面高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者知识达标情况和满意度均高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在住院医师规范化培训妊娠期糖尿病教学中,模拟医学教学法具有应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of simulation based medical education (SBME) in teaching for gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods 80 resident physicians were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group applied SBME combined with multimedia teaching, while the control group applied the multimedia teaching, and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Results There was no difference in theoretical scores of GDM between the two groups (P > 0.05). The clinical operation skill of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The scores in terms of medical history collection, doctorpatient communication, treatment schemes and overall evaluation in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The rate attaining the required standards and satisfactory degree in the experimental patients were higher than those in the control patients, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions In standardized training of resident physicians for GDM,SBME is valuable and is worthy of promotion.
