摘要
目的探讨思维导图在血液科住院医师临床教学中的应用形式及实施效果,以期提高住院医师规范化培训的教学质量。方法选择本院血液科住院医师40名,分为实验组和对照组,在"霍奇金淋巴瘤"内容的授课中分别采用思维导图教学和传统教学,授课结束后进行理论考试,并采用形成性评价对教学质量进行考评。结果实验组授课后理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。形成性评价显示,实验组学生评价在医学知识的掌握、激发学习的积极性和热情、自主学习能力、提升自主思维能力效果等方面优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在血液科住院医师规范化培训的教学实践中,利用思维导图的方法,有助于提高教学质量,扩增学生的思维能力,是一种有效的学工具。
Objective To explore the application form and effect of mind mapping in clinical teaching of Hematology resident, in order to improve the teaching quality of resident standardized training. Methods Forty residents of Hematology Department in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. Mind mapping and traditional teaching were used in the teaching of Hodgkin lymphoma. After the teaching, theoretical examinations were conducted, and formative evaluation was used to evaluate the teaching quality. Results The theoretical test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Formative evaluation showed that the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in mastering medical knowledge, stimulating enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning, autonomous learning ability and improving the effect level of autonomous thinking ability (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the teaching practice of standardized training for residents in hematology department, the method of mind mapping is helpful to improve the teaching quality and expand students'thinking ability, and it is an effective learning tool.
