摘要
目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)在麻醉科临床实习评估的效果。方法选取2015年7月—2018年7月在昆明医科大学第一附属医院麻醉科轮转学习的实习医生、住院医师、临床型硕士研究生作为研究对象。在麻醉科学习期间使用Mini-CEX测量表进行测评并反馈。结果在本研究中,共有127名医生参加考核。使用MiniCEX考核,实习医生比住院医生和临床型硕士的评估时间短,反馈时间长,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);住院医生、临床型硕士在满意度和医患交流方面均优于实习医生,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。住院医生、临床型硕士的评估时间、反馈时间、满意度、自我评估及医患交流等反馈结果的差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。住院医生与临床型硕士诊断思路评分的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 MiniCEX量表是一种有效的、简便易行的临床评估和教学工具。
Objective To explore the effect of mini-clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) on clinical practice evaluation in anesthesiology and verify the effectiveness of Mini-CEX in clinical practice evaluation. Methods Medical interns, resident doctors and clinical post-graduates in The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from July 2015 to July 2018 were selected as study subjects. During internship in Anesthesiology, the Mini-CEX measurement scales were used for evaluation and feedback. Results In this study, 127 doctors participated in the examination. Mini-CEX test showed that interns had shorter evaluation time and longer feedback time than residents and clinical masters (P < 0.05). Residents and clinical Masters had better satisfaction and doctorpatient communication than interns (P < 0.01). There were no significant differences in evaluation time, feedback time, satisfaction, self-evaluation and doctor-patient communication between residents and clinical master students (P > 0.05). The difference of diagnostic thinking score between resident and clinical master was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mini-CEX scale is an effective and simple tool for clinical evaluation and teaching.
