叙事医学人文精神培养模式对儿科教学的启示 被引量:10

摘要 叙事医学是以叙事能力为基础,同时具备对医生、患者、同事及公众高度复杂叙事情境理解力的医学实践活动,此类实践的核心是共情与反思,它有利于提高医生的职业素养、人文精神以及对患者的共情能力。目前临床实习医师人文精神培养存在着教育理念较落后、人文教育课程设置不合理、人文精神培养与临床实践脱节等不足。基于叙事医学的人文精神培养的教学模式既可作为原有临床教学模式的人性化补充,又可以运用到儿科临床教学中。它能够激发实习医师对患儿及其家属的同理心,以此增强他们学习儿科学的兴趣,也有助于将实习医师人文精神的培养从理念倡导落实到制度安排,在叙事医学的加持下植根于临床土壤,培育实习医师仁爱、慈悲、怜悯、敬畏的职业品格与修养。 Narrative medicine is based on the ability of narrative, and has medical practice activities for doctors, patients, colleagues and the public to have a highly complex narrative understanding. The core of practice is empathy and reflection, which is conducive to improving the professionalism of doctors. humanistic spirit and empathy for patients . At present, the humanistic training of clinical interns has the disadvantages of poor education concept, unreasonable humanistic education curriculum, humanistic spirit training and clinical practice disconnection. The teaching mode of humanistic spirit training based on narrative medicine can be used as a humanized supplement to the original clinical teaching mode, and can also be applied to pediatric clinical teaching. It can stimulate the empathy of the children and their families to enhance their interest in learning pediatrics, and also help to develop the humanistic spirit of the interns from the concept of advocacy to institutional arrangements, under the foundation of narrative medicine rooted in the clinical soil, cultivate the professional character and compassion, awe andcultivation of the interns.
