Objective To explore the influence of laparoscopic surgery on postoperative quality of life in patients with rectal cancer. Methods 112 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to December 2018 were selected. The machine is divided into two groups, the control group and the research group. The patients in the control group are treated by open surgery. The patients in the study group were treated by laparoscopic surgery, using EORTC QLQ-C30 and QLQCR38.Scoring scales were used to measure the quality of life of these rectal cancer patients after surgery, including surgery.Health status, role function, pain, body image and urination problems. Results There were significant differences in the scores of postoperative health status and role function between the study group and the control group under QLQ-C30 (P < 0.05). The postoperative body image of the study group and the control group under QLQCR38 There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of the urinary problems (P < 0.05). The pain of the patients in the study group was lighter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with open surgery, laparoscopic surgery can significantly improve postoperative pain, improve the quality of life of patients, clinical treatment is obviousl.
