斜仰截石位多镜治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Multi-mirror Treatment of Complicated Renal Calculi with Oblique Lithotomy

目的探讨斜仰截石位多镜联合一期治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效。方法选择2016年3月—2018年6月84例复杂性肾结石患者,随机分组。对照组选择常规方式,观察组选择斜仰截石位多镜联合一期手术。分析手术操作指标以及住院时间;治疗前后患者生命质量的有关指标、疼痛指标;并发症。结果观察组生命质量的有关指标、疼痛指标、手术操作指标以及住院时间、并发症和对照组比较有优势,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论复杂性肾结石患者实施斜仰截石位多镜联合一期手术可获得较好效果,可有效减轻疼痛以及减少并发症,改善患者的生命质量,加速患者康复的进程,获得良好的效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of multi-mirror combined with one-stage treatment of complicated renal calculi. Methods Eighty-six patients with complicated renal calculi were selected from March 2016 to June 1818, randomized. The control group chose the conventional method, and the observation group chose the multi-mirror combined with the firststage operation. Analysis of surgical operation indicators and hospitalization time;relevant indicators of life quality of patients before and after treatment, pain indicators;complications. Results There were significant differences in quality of life, pain, operation, length of stay, complications and control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Multi-mirror combined with one-stage operation of oblique lithotomy in patients with complicated renal calculi can achieve better results, which can effectively reduce pain and reduce complications, improve patients' quality of life, accelerate the recovery process of patients, and obtain good results.
