早期乳腺癌行保留乳腺手术的治疗效果

目的分析探究为早期乳腺癌病患进行保留乳腺癌手术的临床治疗效果。方法选取本院2015年6月—2017年6月接诊的35例早期乳腺患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行保留乳腺癌手术治疗,对患者的临床资料及治疗效果进行回顾性分析。观察手术后的临床效果。结果本次研究中的患者,术后完全缓解例数有5例;部分缓解例数有15例;好转例数有13例;病变进展例数有2例,最终治疗效果良好。结论对早期乳腺癌患者进行保留乳腺手术治疗的临床治疗效果显著,患者乳房外形优良,临床应用效果。

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of breast cancer sparing surgery for patients with early breast cancer. Methods 35 cases of early breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as research objects. All patients were treated with breast cancer sparing surgery, and the clinical data and treatment effect of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. To observe the clinical effect after operation. Results Among the patients in this study, there were 5 cases of postoperative complete remission. There were 15 cases of partial remission. There were 13 cases of improvement. There were 2 cases of lesion progression, and the final therapeutic effect was good. Conclusion Mammary sparing surgery for early breast cancer patients has significant clinical therapeutic effect, excellent appearance of breast and clinical application effect.
