集束化护理预防新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎的效果

目的了解集束化护理干预措施预防新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎的效果。方法将本院收集2017.6.19-2018.5.22的84例新生儿呼吸机治疗患儿,随机分组,对照组用常规方法,实验组用集束化护理干预措施。比较两组满意度;新生儿呼吸机治疗天数、抗生素使用天数;护理前后血气指标;新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎发生率。结果实验组满意度高于对照组,血气指标氧分压高于对照组,二氧化碳分压低于对照组,新生儿呼吸机治疗天数、抗生素使用天数少于对照组,新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论新生儿呼吸机治疗患儿实施集束化护理干预措施效果理想,可积极预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生,缩短呼吸机使用时间以及抗生素用药时间,改善血气指标。

Objective To understand the effect of clustering nursing interventions on prevention of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods 84 children with neonatal ventilator treated in 2017.6.19- 2018.5.22 were randomly divided into groups. The control group was treated with routine methods and the experimental group was treated with clustering nursing intervention. Compare the satisfaction of the two groups;the number of days of neonatal ventilator treatment, the number of antibiotics used;the blood gas index before and after treatment;the incidence of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia. Results The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The oxygen partial pressure of the blood gas index was higher than that of the control group. The partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that of the control group. The number of days of neonatal ventilator treatment and the number of days of antibiotic use were lower than that of the control group. The rate was lower than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The treatment of neonatal ventilator in children with clustering nursing intervention is effective. It can actively prevent the occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia, shorten the use time of ventilator and antibiotic medication time, and improve blood gas index.
