急性重症胰腺炎患者床旁血液滤过的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Acute and Severe Pancreatitis Patients with Bedside Blood Filtration

目的探究分析急性重症胰腺炎患者床旁血液滤过的护理体会。方法随时抽取2016年3月—2018年3月本院接受并予以治疗的急性重症胰腺炎患者40例,按患者入院接受治疗时间将其分为探究组(n=20)与对比组(n=20),分别在其治疗期间实施床旁血液滤过护理干预与常规护理干预。对两组护理后护理有效率及住院时间进行比较分析。结果经组间比较显示探究组护理有效率明显高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);探究组住院时间明显短于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将床旁血液滤过治疗及其护理应用于急性重症胰腺炎患者中效果显著,可在提升临床疗效的同时,缩短住院时间,使其临床症状得到显著改善。

Objective To explore and analyze the nursing experience of bedside hemofiltration in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 40 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were treated in the hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected at any time. They were divided into two groups according to the time of admission: the inquiry group (n=20) and the control group (n=20). They were given bedside hemofiltration nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention during their treatment. The nursing efficiency and hospitalization time of the two groups after nursing were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing efficiency of the inquiry group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the hospitalization time of the inquiry group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of bedside hemofiltration therapy and nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis has a remarkable effect. It can improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the hospital stay and improve the clinical symptoms.
