神经内科规培医师培养中临床路径教学法的应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 在神经内科医师培养当中采用临床路径教学方法,主要为了规范医学行为,降低临床干预成本,减少医学中资源浪费情况,为了提高医疗服务质量而施行的一类标准化的治疗程序和模式,这也是一种以循证医学证据指南为主的临床治疗模式,以此来促进对患者的管理。临床路径能够对疾病进行质量管理,为患者提供最优质的护理服务,并且广泛应用于临床中。临床路径教学法主要是将此种管理模式应用于科室的规培医师培训中,发挥了良好的价值,基于结合本院的实际情况,制定了神经内科常见疾病的临床路径,并且在临床中进行了广泛的应用,对具体的应用方法进行分析。 Clinical pathway teaching mainly aims at standardizing medical sexual behavior,reducing the cost of clinical intervention,reducing the waste of resources in medicine,and implementing a class of standardized treatment procedures and models in order to provide the quality of medical services.It is also a clinical treatment model based on evidence-based medical evidence to promote patient management.The clinical pathway can manage the quality of the disease,provide the best nursing service for the patients,and widely used in the clinic.The clinical path teaching method mainly applies this management mode to the training of doctors in the department.It has played a good value,and based on the actual situation of our hospital.The clinical path of common diseases in neurology was established and widely used in clinic.
