摘要 目的评价临床学院学生培养质量,丰富临床实践教学评价体系。方法文章以《中国本科医学教育标准--临床医学专业(2016)》为基本指导,基于Delphi法构建临床学院学生培养质量评价指标。结果通过两轮专家咨询,提出了专业知识、临床能力、人文素养、职业素养和其他能力5个方面,并在此基础上进一步细化形成25个二级指标,反映学生综合能力。专家对指标体系认可度高,变异系数最大为0.240,最小为0.038。结论评价指标可以用于评价、考核、指导、规范临床学院教学工作,为评价学生培养质量提供依据。 Objective To evaluate the quality of students in clinical colleges and enrich the evaluation system of clinical practice teaching. Methods The artical took “Accreditation Standards for Basic Medical Education in China (2016)” as the basic guidance, and constructed the evaluation index of the quality of clinical college students education based on Delphi method. Results Through two rounds of expert consultation,we proposed five indicators of professional knowledge, clinical ability, humanistic competence, professionalism and other capabilities, refining these indicators into 25 secondary indicators to reflect students' comprehensive abilities. Experts had a high degree of acceptance of the index system, with a maximum coefficient of variation of 0.240 and a minimum of 0.038. Conclusion The evaluation criteria system can be used to evaluate, checkup, guide and standardize the teaching work of clinical college and provide a basis for evaluating the training quality of students.
