摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的PBL教学模式在医学生普外科急腹症见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月-2017年12月在本院普外科见习的5年制临床医学生100人,随机分为实验组与对照组,各50人,分别采用PBL教学法与传统教学法,通过问卷调查、理论考试和实践考试的方式评价两种教学方法的教学效果。结果实验组的理论成绩和实践考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组对教学效果评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在普外科急腹症临床见习中,PBL教学效果优于传统教学模式,不仅可以提高学生的临床实践能力,还可以调动学生的学习主动性,培养学习兴趣及临床思维,提升自习能力。
Objective To explore the role of PBL teaching method applied to medical students during their clinical probation of acute abdomen in department of general surgery.Methods From September 2017 to December 2017,100 medical students in the general surgery department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and control group,with 50 students in each group.PBL teaching method and conventional teaching method were adopted respectively.The teaching effect of the two teaching methods were evaluated by means of questionnaires,theoretical and practical examinations.Results Students in the experimental group were significantly better in the satisfaction and score than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method shows more benefits than traditional teaching model in general surgery acute abdomen clinical probation.It can not only improve students’ clinical practice ability,but also mobilize students’ learning initiative,cultivate learning interest and clinical thinking,and enhance self-study ability.
