Problems and Countermeasures Faced by Medical Students in Clinical Practice of Oncology

目的调查医学生在肿瘤科临床实践中面临的问题,分析相应的解决方法,以便能有效提高临床实习质量。方法通过问卷调查方式对医学生在肿瘤科临床实践过程中面临的问题进行总结与分析。结果医学生在肿瘤科临床实践中面临的主要问题有:(1)心理压力;(2)医患沟通能力;(3)临床实践能力;(4)临床带教老师;(5)生活规律改变;(6)就业生存压力。结论临床医学生必须适应现代医学教育的发展需求,调整好自己的心态,提高对临床实践的重视度,正确处理好工作与考研复习的关系,努力维护与带教老师、分管患者之间的关系,提高自身竞争力,顺利圆满地完成肿瘤科的临床实践过程。

Objective To investigate the problems faced by medical students in clinical practice of oncology and analyze the corresponding solutions so as to effectively improve the quality of clinical practice.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to summarize and analyze the problems faced by medical students in the clinical practice of oncology.Results The main problems faced by medical students during the clinical practice in oncology department:(1)Psychological pressure.(2)Communication ability between doctors and patients.(3)Clinical practice ability.(4)Clinical teaching teachers.(5)Schedule changes.(6)Pressure of employment.Conclusion Clinical medical students must adapt to the development demands of modern medical education,adjust their mentality,pay more attention to clinical practice,correctly handle the relationship between work and postgraduate examination review,strive to maintain the relationship with clinical teachers and patients in charge,improve their competitiveness and successfully complete the process of clinical practice in oncology department.
