Translational medicine(TM)is the scientific idea of a doubleway communication between basic research and clinical medicine research.TM is the new trend of international medical development. The aim of specialized training is to promote medical education after graduation. It is very important in the process of clinical medical personnel training.Neurology as an independent secondary clinical discipline, separated from the internal medicine clinical disciplines, has very strong specialty characteristics, and extensively cross with multidisciplinary.Three aspects of medical practice were discussed in this article:training TM thought through the evolution of medical;Promoting tm by using clinical data;carrying out clinical research by building a platform.Blend in TM with neurology specialty training, will guidance and specialized physician with the wild perspective, promote clinical practice and improve clinical research ability. These will help to cultivate a more refined team with the ability of sustainable development.
