心脏外科硕士研究生教育模式探讨

Education Mode Discussion for Master Degree Candidate of Cardiac Surgery

心血管外科是外科学的一门重要分支,心血管外科医生培养周期长,需要的知识全面,而且较难掌握。目前我国专业研究生结合住院医师培训不规范,存在临床时间短,轮转科室培训不规范、轮转过程中无有效考核,研究生导师不重视及毕业要求脱离实际,研究生毕业临床技能考核不严等问题。文章结合美国胸心外科医师培训计划分析探讨我国心脏外科硕士研究生教育模式。通过合理安排学习时间,加强轮状科室培训及严格考核,毕业论文要求结合实际,严进严出,规范研究生导师带教模式等方法,将有助于处于住院医生规范化培训第一阶段的心外科硕士研究生的教育培养。

Cardiovascular surgery is an important branch of surgery,cardiovascular surgeon training is a long term process,needing comprehensive knowledge and difficult to master.In the current era,postgraduate student’s education of professional degree combined with residency training is not standardized in China,who spends short time in clinical training,there are not valid assessments during cycling process,the student’s tutors do not pay enough attention to the postgraduates,the requirements for graduation are not in line with actual situation,and clinical test for graduate is not stict.In the present study,we explored the mode of postgraduate education of cardiothoracic surgery in china based on the analysis of cardiothoracic surgeon training plan in American.It must be beneficial for master degree candidate of cardiac surgery in the first stage of standardized residency training by reasonable arrangement of training and studying time,standardized teaching model and methods of postgraduate Tutor,strict admission to graduation,and reasonable requirements for graduation.
