皮下乳腺切除术治疗严重乳腺增生症疗效研究

Therapeutic Effect of Subcutaneous Mastectomy for Severe Breast Hyperplasia

目的研究皮下乳腺切除术在严重乳腺增生症中的应用价值。方法以2018年1月-2019年2月本院接诊的严重乳腺增生症病患者70例为研究对象,应用电脑随机双盲法分成实验组和对照组,每组35例。实验组接受皮下乳腺切除术治疗,对照组接受常规药物治疗。通过分析两组患者的疾病复发情况,对两组的临床疗效作出评估和比较。结果实验组的疾病复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取皮下乳腺切除术治疗法对严重乳腺增生症病患进行治疗,可抑制疾病进展,预防疾病复发,提高临床疗效,促进病情早日康复具有显著作用。

Objective To study the clinical value of subcutaneous mastectomy in severe breast hyperplasia. Methods Seventy patients with severe breast hyperplasia who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into experimental and control groups according to the computerized random double-blind method, 35 cases in each group . The experimental group received subcutaneous mastectomy , the control group received conventional drug therapy. The disease recurrences of the two groups were analyzed, and the clinical effects of each group were evaluated and compared. Results The recurrence rate of the disease in the experimental group was 2.86%, the control group was 20.0%. There was significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.14%, the control group was 80.0%, There was significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Subcutaneous mastectomy for the treatment of patients with severe breast hyperplasia can inhibit disease progression, prevent disease recurrence, improve clinical efficacy, and promote the early recovery of the disease has a significant effect.
