Evaluation of Ahmed Glaucoma Drainage Valve Implantation for Refractory Glaucoma

目的评价Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院收治的85例(94眼)难治性青光眼患者的临床资料,所有患者均行Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗,治疗后对患者进行1年的随访,对临床疗效进行评价。结果患者治疗后的视力水平、眼压水平及角膜内皮细胞计数分别为1.58±0.22、(12.7±2.5)mmHg、(1 889.2±114.5)个/mm^2,各项指标均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组患者术后1年治疗成功率为95.3%。结论 Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的疗效可靠,能够有效改善患者的视力及眼压水平。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation in the treatment of refractory glaucoma. Methods The clinical data of 85 patients (94 eyes) with refractory glaucoma in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation. After treatment, the patients were followed up for one year to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results After treatment, the visual acuity, intraocular pressure and corneal endothelial cell count were 1.58±0.22,(12.7±2.5) mmHg,(1 889.2±114.5)/mm2, respectively. The indexes were better than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). One year after operation, the success rate was 95.3%. Conclusion Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation is effective in the treatment of refractory glaucoma. It can effectively improve the visual acuity and intraocular pressure level of patients.
