摘要
人的眼表由角膜、结膜和巩膜组成,其表面覆盖泪膜并与外界环境相通。眼表有多样化的微生物群落定植,以细菌为主,且菌群随局部微环境的变化而变化。通常情况下,人眼表的细菌菌群与人体和平共生,但在特定的条件下,眼表定植的细菌会转化为条件致病菌,引起眼部的感染。16S rRNA作为一种近年来被广泛应用于鉴定人体细菌群落的一种高效且高敏感度的鉴定方式,在对眼表微生物群落鉴定的应用有待进一步拓展。本文拟通过文献回顾,比较不同的人眼表菌群取样及培养鉴定方法,了解正常眼表菌群情况,同时分析年龄、性别及疾病等对其影响,以期为16S rRNA用于眼表菌群的研究提供一定的依据。
The human ocular surface consists of the cornea, sclera and conjunctiva, which is covered by the tear film and connected to the air. There is a diverse microbes colonized on the ocular surface, especially bacteria, and microbes are change with the microenvironment. Usually, the microbes symbiotic with the human peacefully. However, certain kinds of microbes will be shifting into opportunistic pathogens which causing infection of the eye in some cases. 16S rRNA is a widely used high efficiency and sensitive determination for human body microbes. Here, we were compared different methods of conjunctival sac secretion sampling and the culture, as well as identification. We try to summarized the characteristic of normal ocular surface microbes. Meanwhile, we also analysis the distribution of microbes and its influencing factors like age, gender and ocular diseases.
