布地奈德联合特布他林治疗儿童支气管哮喘

Budesonide Combined With Terbutaline in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma in Children

目的探讨布地奈德联合特布他林治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的310例小儿支气管哮喘患儿作为本次研究的观察对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组各155例。对照组给予患儿布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组给予患儿布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗,对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)观察组患儿的临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿的肺功能指标差异较小(P>0.05),经治疗,两组肺功能指标均有所改善,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿支气管哮喘患儿实施布地奈德联合特布他林治疗,可有效缓解临床症状,改善肺功能,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with terbutaline in the treatment of asthma in children. Methods 310 children with bronchial asthma in our hospital were divided into control group (155 cases) and observation group (155 cases) according to different treatment methods.The control group was given budesonide inhalation therapy, the observation group was given budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation therapy, comparison of two groups. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the clinical symptoms disappeared time was shorter than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, two groups of pulmonary function indexes were improved, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of budesonide on bronchial asthma combined with terbutaline treatment, can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve lung function.
