CC+Gn在高龄卵巢储备功能低下患者IVF/ICSI中的应用

Application of CC Combined With Gn in IVF/ICSI of Elderly Patients With Low Ovarian Reserve

目的探讨克罗米芬联合促性腺激素方案(CC联合Gn方案)对高龄卵巢功能低下患者中卵巢功能正常患者体外受精/单精子卵胞质内注射(IVF/ICSI)的应用价值。方法回顾分析自2017年1月-2019年1月间在本院行IVF/ICSI助孕的高龄卵巢储备功能低下患者共291例,根据患者的超排卵方案分为CC联合Gn方案(157例)、促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)长方案(59例)和拮抗剂方案(75例)三组,比较三种方案的临床效果。结果 CC联合Gn方案的Gn使用剂量显著低于GnRHa长方案和拮抗剂方案(P<0.05),获卵数明显少于GnRHa长方案(P<0.05),可利用胚胎数、优质胚胎数、临床妊娠率、流产率与其他两组一致(P>0.05)。结论克罗米芬联合促性腺激素方案在接受IVF/ICSI治疗的高龄卵巢储备功能低下患者应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the value of clomiphene combined with gonadotropin regimen in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic injection of sperm(IVF/ICSI)in elderly patients with ovarian dysfunction.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 291 elderly patients with low ovarian reserve function who were assisted by IVF/ICSI in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.According to the superovulation regimen,the patients were divided into three groups:Clomiphene combined with gonadotropin(CC combined with Go,157 cases),GnRHa long regimen(59 cases)and antagonist regimen(75 cases).Three groups were compared.The clinical effect of the case.Results The Gn dosage of CC combined with Go regimen was significantly lower than that of GnRHa long regimen and GnRHa antagonist regimen(P<0.05),and the number of eggs obtained was significantly less than that of GnRHa long regimen(P<0.05).The number of available embryos,high quality embryos,clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate were the same as those of other two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clomiphene combined with gonadotropin regimen is of high value in elderly patients with low ovarian reserve after IVF/ICSI treatment.
