糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中低血糖预防的护理

目的观察分析采用护理干预措施对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血液透析中低血糖的预防效果。方法随机选择2017年6月-2019年5月本院48例糖尿病肾病血透患者,按不同护理方案分成2个组别,对照组进行常规护理方案,观察组进行预见性护理方案。将两组低血糖发生率数据进行对比分析,同时对2组护理满意度进行调查。结果观察组发生低血糖的比例远低于对照组(P<0.05),且该组患者的护理满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 DN患者血透时加以恰当护理干预,能显著降低低血糖发生率,并提升护理满意度,具有较好的推广和借鉴价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on preventing hypoglycemia in patients with Diabetic Nephropathy (DN) during Hemodialysi. Methods 48 patients with DN maintenance hemodialysis were divided into two groups according to different nursing schemes. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given predictive nursing. The incidence data of hypoglycemia and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Appropriate nursing intervention during hemodialysis for DN patients can significantly reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia and improve nursing satisfaction, which has good promotion and reference value.
